To book an appointment, please call 802-777-7817, email acuwellburlington@gmail.com, or click the make appointment button to book online. If emailing, please note that due to HIPAA requirements, do not send detailed medical information. General is fine; we'll go over it in detail in person.
Our office is located at 28 Howard St. Suite 210, Burlington VT 05401. We are in The Vaults building just off Pine Street, near Dealer.com. You can enter at the side of the building under the Vaults sign or from the garage if parking there. We are on the 2nd floor with elevator and stair access from the parking garage. Our private office is located within Essential Care Chiropractic's suite. The entire building is ADA complaint. There are 2 designated parking spots (marked Essential Care)in the parking garage located in the back of the building, as well as multiple guest spots. Parking is also allowed behind the building or behind Speeder and Earls. The Maltex building across the street offers paid parking and you can also find abundant street parking near by.
